The Location

The Huand Hatun tomb, within the Huand Hatun complex, is located in the city center of Kayseri just outside of the city walls to the east. The complex faces the citadel and is aligned with the gate known as Doğu Kapısı. Kayseri was a major city in medieval Anatolia, serving as an administrative or military center under the Danishmendids and Seljuks.
